Accessory Sales
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your SLR accessory purchase, you can return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase on your Packing Slip. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges including insurance. SLR will refund your credit card within 48 hours of receiving the item.
All accessory returns must be in its original condition (including all original packaging, accessories and manuals. Failure to do so may result in re-stocking fees.)
To return an accessory item: Please email us at info@slrintl.com and enter Return in the subject line. Please provide the reason for the return and the details of the shipment. We will reply with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please mark this number on the return packing slip and on the carton. Items being returned without an RMA # will be refused and returned at owner’s expense.
If the item arrives damaged or defective, it may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange for the same item. Used items will not be accepted for return or refund.
SLR Oven Sales
All oven sales are considered FINAL.
IMPORTANT: In the unlikely event your oven arrives with significant damage simply refuse the shipment. Please advise us via email including your Sales Order # along with your complete name and shipping address at: info@slrintl.com.
If your oven arrives with some minor damage to the carton, please mark “Received with possible Concealed Damaged” on the bill of lading when the delivery is signed for. If upon opening and assembling your oven there is in fact some damage to the oven please email us a copy of the bill of lading including the “Received with possible Concealed Damaged”. Also if possible please include several images of the damage to help us determine the extent.
Depending on the extent of the damage SLR will arrange for a replacement part to be sent to you, usually within five (5) business days. If, in the opinion of SLR, the oven cannot be repaired with replacement parts, we will exchange the damaged unit for a replacement oven.
IMPORTANT: Please keep all packaging materials in case the oven has to be returned. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that any returned product is adequately packaged and protected from further damage during the return. SLR will pay for all shipping costs. Some cases may take additional time.
